Privacy Policy
Draft — pending legal review
This policy explains how Shepherd's Heart Counseling, PLLC ("we," "us") handles information you provide through this website. It does not describe how we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) inside the clinical relationship — that is covered in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. That's it. We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, session replay, chat widgets, or advertising networks on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry. Contact-form submissions are delivered by email to jmurphy@shepherds-he.art.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with third-party marketers.
- We don't use tracking cookies or cross-site trackers.
Confidentiality of the contact form
The contact form is not a HIPAA-secure channel. Please do not share clinical information, diagnoses, medications, or anything you would want protected through it. If you become a client, we will move clinical communication to secure channels.
Retention
Contact-form emails are retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Emails from prospective clients that do not proceed to consultation are periodically deleted.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page.
