What we work on.

A specialty is the problem you're actually living with — the exhaustion, the daily fights, the teen who won't come out of their room. A service is the format of the help: parent coaching, teen counseling, EMDR, a parenting assessment.

Most families come to us with a specialty in mind and figure out the service later. That's the right order. Start with what's wrong at home and we'll match the format to it.
